On my first meeting with Phoebe, I was nervous as it's my first time. My husband was bombarding me with demands that needed 'immediate' attention and I was overwhelmed and upset and couldn't think straight. Phoebe immediately reassured me that I was going to be ok from a legal standpoint. She listened with empathy and then talked through in an easily understandable way what we were going to do (no pressure to sign), how we would do it and what the process looks like. I felt that I was talking to someone very experienced and professional but someone who also cared about me leaving my marriage in a fair and reasonable way. From the first moment I contacted them to the end of my child custody case they have been amazing. Imogen has supported me all the way through and I would never have got through this without her. I came from a domestically abusive relationship and she has been kind, gentle and firm with me all the way through making sure we get everything right for the process whilst supporting me.
