I phoned Forbes in Blackburn for some help with a horrible situation. The office Manager was lovely and she found me a Solicitor. The Solicitors who worked with me were Mr. Graeme Parkinson and Mr Bradley Hayes. Both definitely listened to me, whilst being straight, upfront and honest throughout the situation. They were mindful of the best outcome for my personal life needs. Ian Cranefield of Richard Nelson LLP was an excellent, professional, solicitor. Ian advised, helped and supported me through a 7 year legal battle that commenced in the Court of Protection, progressing to a High Court Claim and Mediation with a positive result. He kept me calm in difficult and depressing situations, with his expertise, knowledge and empathy. During this legal claim Probate and Administration of a will progressed with the assistance initially of Martin Cruddas, then Kerry Wiig (formerly of Richard Nelson LLP) then Scott Walker of Richard Nelson LLP who finalised administration. I recently used the services of Mlp Law in connection with my late Mother's Will. The Will named three Executors and we were advised by our solicitor Jane Hunter that the most effective way to proceed was for the Executors to agree a Lead Executor who would then be responsible for all future instructions. This approach was agreed with the Executors which proved to be invaluable advice. The execution of my Mother's Will was carried out with sensitivity and professionalism and I was kept informed at each and every stage of the process. I dealt with other members of the Mlp Law team during the process all of whom provided the highest standard of service and were always available during a difficult time. I would recommend anyone to use them.
