Solicitor Rachel Keegan helped me at the most devastating time of my life. My husband suddenly passed away at a time when he had appeared to be fit and healthy, so it was an absolute shock. I could not have coped without her, and I am truly thankful to her for dealing with my husband's complicated estate on my behalf. Excellent service secured grant of probate in 5 months. Good focused advice and submission of application that secured probate grant quickly with no fuss or lengthy sorting out. Highly recommend others to use them. Would have been even better if we had shared spreadsheet of the key financial data early on to facilitate checking and submission of additional information as work progressed.

I have recently (summer 2024) used Ms Karen Healy, at Bates Wells & Braithwaite Solicitors, as the conveyancer to deal with the probate sale of my late mother’s property in Ipswich. The fees were clearly set out in writing at the start of the process and were very reasonable. My email enquiries/instructions were acted on promptly. The sale was completed very efficiently and there were no “hidden” costs incurred. The net sale proceeds were paid into my bank account on the same day that the sale was completed. I am very happy with the service provided by Ms Healy.
