On both appointments we were made welcome and at ease. During those appointments we were treated in a friendly manner and developed a confidence in the procedures. Explanations were not requested as there were no complications and all topics clear. Any we were not sure about before the appointment were cleared up without our having us to speak of them. Friendly and to the point at all times. we went in unsure of the procedures but came out confident that all was well.

On both occasions to our home to review our Wills, we found the representatives of BRGP to be most helpful to talk to, also explaining anything we didn't understand. Very pleasant and easy manner to put you at ease.
