Guy and Sarah have taken us through a couple of estates, one being particularly complex. They were professional, friendly and always happy to explain things in layman’s terms. I can’t recommend them enough.

I recently worked with Leah to draft my Will, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, she explained every step in clear, understandable terms. Leah was incredibly patient, answering all my questions and addressing my concerns with kindness and professionalism. Her expertise and dedication made a potentially stressful process smooth and manageable. I highly recommend Leah—she's an absolute asset to the law firm.

The team at BTMK (Jane & Gill) dealt with the sale of our late Father's property with compassion and professionalism. They responded to queries in a timely manner and kept us up to date with the progress of the sale. We would recommend them to others. Best regards Natalie & James

Outstanding service. Professional, approachable, highly efficient. Great clarity in the communication style. Excellent value for money.

Following the death of my husband, I was faced with the issues of dealing with transferring title of our jointly held French property (a very small house) into my name only and subsequently the sale of the house. I had no knowledge of the stages involved or how to approach them. These difficulties were compounded by a very unresponsive Notaire in France. Lea came to my rescue, explained the process and various stages involved and undertook the negotiations with the Notaire. It transpired to be a long process (although I now understand that it is inevitably much longer than in the UK) but Lea chased and followed up with the Notaire, resulting in a successful transfer of title and sale. This help and advice was invaluable. Always professional but kind, understanding and empathetic. Someone on whom I could rely. With my sincere thanks to Lea and to Buckles.

Lindsey was a breath of fresh air. Very approachable and knowledgeable on the subject. A PLEASURE to work with.

I found Rebecca Minns to be very helpful and professional. She clearly explained various aspects of updating my will. Changes were made and a few weeks later I was able to go into the office to have the will signed and witnessed. I was very happy with the service I received.
