Keir McGovern was our main point of contact in the handling of our late mother's Will. There was a complication in that there was a Trust set up within the Will in favour of our brother, James. Sadly he pre-deceased our mother and we should have cancelled the trust following his passing. However we weren't aware of this and it was discovered after our mother passed. Keir and Tom took on the task of dealing with the Will, including the trust and dealt with it in a kind, caring and professional manner. Nothing was too much trouble and Keir was always on hand and happy to deal with all of our many queries throughout the entire process. I'm very grateful to her and will be asking her to attend to my Will when it needs amending next year.
