Explanations were not requested as there were no complications and all topics clear. Any we were not sure about before the appointment were cleared up without our having us to speak of them. Friendly and to the point at all times. we went in unsure of the procedures but came out confident that all was well.

I had a few meetings to discuss my needs and explained how the process works extremely well. I highly recommend using Ruth . Thank you
