When we initially came to see Olivia to ask her if she could help us with our family probate perseveration trust (which was made with another company), we were very stressed and frustrated about the some of the conditions of the trust, eg named trustees (that were unknown to any of us) on the trust and title deeds! We tried to sort it out ourselves but to no avail. In fact we got messed about and fobbed off time after time! The whole thing made some of us ill. Olivia listened to all our concerns raised. She informed us that she would be able to help us sort out the issues with the unknown trustees and get them removed from the necessary documentation. We can’t explain how relieved we were. From the initial meeting, until completion of the work carried out by Olivia, we were kept informed of the process every step of the way. Olivia took the time to explain everything clearly and was always very patient when we have asked questions. This matter has now been brought to a favourable outcome for the family. Charlotte Rhodes was extremely helpful, gave good advice and enabled us to amend our wishes very easily.
