We found Tollers excellent at giving clear advice over the free Will service. Their service was clear and efficient and we will not hesitate to use Tollers in the future.

1st class service from initial booking of appointment to completion. My solicitor was empathetic and professional and broke down complex "legal jargon" into plain understandable English. She handled my case in an unhurried & friendly calm manner.

Amazing assistance, thorough, timely and supportive. Sarah Lister was skilled in her work and she gave estimates of how long things would take. Sarah managed the complexity of this issue smoothly and successfully. Sarah went over and above to help me through a grief process.

Very efficient and clear. Helen was approachable and easy to talk to. I would recommend her to others.

Fiona carried out will writing service for my Aunt. She was very professional and helpful at all times. She explained everything clearly and her friendly manner helped to put my elderly Aunt at ease. I have no hesitation in highly recommending her and Lewis.

Friendly, helpful and efficient service. Questions were answered politely with full explanation where necessary. We were kept fully informed throughout the process

Outstanding service. Professional, approachable, highly efficient. Great clarity in the communication style. Excellent value for money.

Following the death of my husband, I was faced with the issues of dealing with transferring title of our jointly held French property (a very small house) into my name only and subsequently the sale of the house. I had no knowledge of the stages involved or how to approach them. These difficulties were compounded by a very unresponsive Notaire in France. Lea came to my rescue, explained the process and various stages involved and undertook the negotiations with the Notaire. It transpired to be a long process (although I now understand that it is inevitably much longer than in the UK) but Lea chased and followed up with the Notaire, resulting in a successful transfer of title and sale. This help and advice was invaluable. Always professional but kind, understanding and empathetic. Someone on whom I could rely. With my sincere thanks to Lea and to Buckles.

I can only add to my answers in this questionnaire by identifying the answers I've given to question 2, so will draw attention to: 'First class service' provided with a 'pleasure to deal with' that gave 'direct contact with my solicitor', enabling receipt of 'sensible advice', so 'would recommend' and was pleased to have 'fixed fees' and 'would use again' as was 'easy to understand' provision of 'great legal knowledge'.
