This area covers what people pay for will drafting and related probate planning, including fixed-price wills packages and any disbursements. A solicitor practising in wills pricing helps you compare package contents, understand storage of the will, and obtain quotes for updates or changes. They draft the will, advise on relevant tax implications, appoint executors, and arrange secure storage; they may also liaise with banks or the Probate Registry when required.
Fixed-fee will packages set out what is included and the price. A solicitor provides clear terms, explains any disbursements and what happens if changes are needed after signing; professional indemnity insurance and regulatory oversight protect clients.

Excellent service, very speedy, especially when considering that my will was not simple or straight forward. Friendly, professional and experienced solicitors whom I have used before and intend to use again if I need legal advice or help in the future. I recommend without reservation.

I recently needed advice over the wills of myself and my husband. I found the company to be extremely helpful, personable and professional. I needed their professional help once again after the death of my husband and once again they were there with their guidance and advice. I would definitely recommend them, and have done to my friends and family,
