I was looking for some advice on Estate Planning (wills etc) and approached Bank Solicitors in Bromsgrove - hadn’t used them before. I was offered a free 30 minute appointment with an experienced solicitor and I have to say the advice to myself and my wife around Wills, Will Trusts and Tenants in Common was invaluable. Sobea (solicitor) and Hayley (paralegal) were professional, friendly and, above all, explained things in an easy to understand way. I am intending to engage Bank to move things forward for us over the next few weeks.

If the company offers any bonuses for their solicitors I’m personally asking that they give him the upper tier of whatever bonuses are available. I do customer service work so I know when someone is doing their role and when they are going above and beyond.
