We needed someone who would understand our requirements as we have a disabled grandchild and needed to ensure she would be able to stay living in our home with her mother. Everything was discussed openly and with care and understanding. All costs were clearly discussed. The service has been immaculate and very timely. My Dad had his Will held with Stoneking in Bath so when he sadly died in July last year it made sense to ask Stoneking solicitors to help with probate as neither my brother or I felt able to do it ourselves. We first met with Kristian Rogers and Solomon Callen but mainly dealt with Kristian. He explained exactly what would be needed to complete the probate process and followed everything up with emails so I had everything in writing. Kris kept me informed at each stage of the process and I knew if I wanted to ask him something or I didn’t understand things he would talk me through so I would understand. Kris was always easy to get hold of and he would always message me back promptly when I emailed him. Kris was very professional, extremely approachable and very good at his job, I wouldn’t hesitate in using Stoneking if I need Solicitor services in the future. Thank-you Kris and Soloman for helping make an extremely difficult time a little more bearable.

Excellent advice on wills and estate review. Overpriced handling of LPAs. Solicitor friendly, efficient and delightful to deal with. To commission a straightforward admin task as are LPAs was wrong…could easily have been performed by a lower tariff legal assistant.

Terrible.. used Luke Watson for an estate issue and he was useless and racked up a £20k bill for nothing. Did a better job myself and estate issue involving breach of poa and fraud now dealt with by a professional expert solicitor. All solicitors will tell you they can deal with an issue and take your money, especially this one. He tells the same old story over and over again about three brothers. My advice dont go near this one.
