Good advice and deliverables from the team at Stone King. However, communication was often poor with very late requests for my sisters and I to confirm our identities and very poor instructions for collecting documents- email instructions to bring id whereas the actual requirements were to bring 2 forms of id on to include photo and one to include address.

Terrible.. used Luke Watson for an estate issue and he was useless and racked up a £20k bill for nothing. Did a better job myself and estate issue involving breach of poa and fraud now dealt with by a professional expert solicitor. All solicitors will tell you they can deal with an issue and take your money, especially this one. He tells the same old story over and over again about three brothers. My advice dont go near this one.

Philip Askew was incredibly professional throughout the purchasing process, and was paramount in helping me complete on time. Without his careful eye and knowledge, I am certain we would have been delayed significantly. He was also very clear at explaining the finer details of the Barbican estate, and was very responsive replying to various questions I had during the purchase. Moreover there were several issues that would have meant I could be liable for significant future expenses that he identified and found solutions for. I would highly recommend Philip and his team.
