Blackfriars law were very professional in handling my matter. The service was excellent. They excel in their ability to communicate at all stages and put me at ease. Outstanding customer service. Very thorough. The staff were very friendly and approachable. Deadlines were met always. I would like to mention ANWAR KHATTAK who dealt with my file. I have never come across an individual like him before. Not only he is the most knowledgeable and professional solicitor that I have had the pleasure of dealing with, he is also the most well mannered and kindest aswell. His attention to detail is astounding. If I ever need any further legal assistance I will only ever contact Anwar and the Blackfriars team. You have a client for life. Do not bother with any other law firm. You will not get the same excellent service elsewhere!

I chose Blackfriars Law based on google reviews and they lived up to their excellent reputation. Unlike the bigger firm’s these guys are of the right size to be dynamic and efficient. I’ll definitely be using their services again and will be recommending them to friends and family.

Thank you to the guys and girls at Blackfriars. My experience with this law was good. Whenever I wanted an update, I called and was given one without a doubt. I asked for extra guidance because I was a first time buyer, I was given a specific appointment just to run through the process. Costing - even though they were rated high, they were decent in price. Unfortunately third party disbursements did increased during the transaction out of the fee handlers control, but I was advised in the first instance and was good to move forward. Me and Mrs are thankful! I hope you enjoyed the biscuits! RB

The sale didn’t go through (due to circumstances out of the solicitors hands) but the communication I received throughout was poor. I kept getting sent emails containing information I’d already been sent claiming it contained “new information”, which ended up wasting my time. I then received a final bill and was told (unprompted) that they had gone ahead and charged me a “lower legal fee” even though they’d done a lot of work. Again, the majority of emails they’d sent to myself i had already sent to them previously. Very disappointing from a firm rated so highly.

I encountered an issue with my advisor regarding the ILA, and upon contacting Mr Khattak, he amended the certificate in accordance with my advisor’s requirements on the same day. Great conveyancing service from Aslam and his team. Clearly on my side from the start. We're first time buyers so it was quite overwhelming to all of a sudden need legal representation but Aslam gave me a competitive, thorough quote and his introductory emails were incredibly detailed so I had few questions about the process. As always, it was quiet for the first two months then everything was go, go, go during the final couple of weeks. No hold-ups at all from Aslam except right at the end when the seller's solicitors suggested complications further along the chain. Nothing gets past this guy and he did everything to protect me and my money. Brilliant work.
