I am so pleased with the whole process of buying property through Green and Olive. They supported me through out the process comprehensively. Saiqa who delt with our case explained the whole process in dept, due to her profession and friendly attitude made this journey pleasant for us. When I was looking for a local solicitor on Google for renewing my lease, I contacted 5 companies with reviews of 4.7 and above. Eventually I decided to go with Green and Olive because of their speedy replies. Today I got my signed lease. I must say the experience of working with Asim Awan and JackCawser-Pitchard was the best I have ever had. When it comes with property solicitors, we often have to chase the solicitors and push them. But with Asim and Jack, it was opposite! They acted very fast and always on the top of their jobs. When I went to their office to sign the lease, I met Jack. Such a delightful, gentle person! I immediately felt that I would work with them in the future whenever I need a property solicitor. I have worked with a few solicitors including both for my business and private properties in the last 25 years. Most of the time, the experience was Ok, if not frustrated. But the experience with Green and Olive was beyond 'great'! It was simply the BEST! I would recommend them to all my friends, neighbours and whoever need a good solicitor! I would highly recommend this firm of solicitors for property purchases, including auction transactions. I have used them before on other purchases and have always found them efficient, responsive, and highly professional. They work quickly under tight deadlines, carry out all necessary checks promptly, and explain everything clearly throughout the process. Their attention to detail and practical advice give real confidence at every stage. On this occasion, as with previous ones, the transaction was handled smoothly and completed on time. I would happily use them again and recommend them without hesitation.
First time using Green & Olive solicitors and they have been exceptional. Super fast communication from Jess, and she has been really helpful and she is an asset to the team. I will be using them because of my experience.

I was I need of a Solicitor, ideally in the midlands area for an issue with a problematic tenant, I was recommended Green & Olive Solicitors by a friend and I couldn't have asked for a better Solicitors firm especially with the given timescale and with the ongoing pandemic restrictions we are going through (I had contacted a few firms and they were unable to assist with a short timescale and with the current ongoing pandemic), I had spoken / had a consultation with Teyub at first and gave him a low down of my situation and timescale, who then advised me that Green & Olive Solicitors will be more than happy to deal with this case for me and passed me over to Mudassar, who I made an appointment with and meet in person and discussed my situation, who then dealt with the case from beginning to end and working around my work schedule / time as I work shift work and can happily say we had a successful result, I would give Mudassar 10/10 and definitely recommend Green & Olive Solicitors and if ever I need to use a Solicitors firm for any legal matter, I will use these guys without thinking twice. Thank you very much Mudassar & Green & Olive Solicitors. .
