They should be complete the transaction on 15th January , however 1 day before of completion (14th January ) they call me and they said to me they couldn’t able to act as my solicitors because my funds are gifted and I change the company address , I asked changing company address illegal in uk she say I couldn’t act as your solicitor. also since 3 weeks they have my £25000 deposit for purchasing buy to let property they don’t still refunded and she wasn’t responded my last email. If I not hear further back and my money not refunded in 5 business days , I will file legal proceedings. Horrible company deal with better stay away.

Terrible communication from Bhaveni Patel who was the selling solicitor for a property. Took over 3 months to sort out matters, slow replies to my solicitors and at times denying any communication was sent even though I was copied in. Kept saying will complete on Friday, but that Friday hasn’t happened. Never deal again. Very bad communication and handling of the whole case

Very poor service......quite happily taking my details and case etc upon first call was told I'd recieve a call same day did not materialise rang several times over 4 days until I was spoken with about case,no contact about case details as I did not know anything.arrived at court and did not listen to me as he was too busy.a solicitor is meant to know everything about the case so they can defend you and get the best outcome.iasked 3 times for proper advice on the day and still was to busy to listen to the entire build up.theres 2 sides to a problem and only 1 was read out and my solicitor was not bothered and did not bother to read witness statements or mine,poor service seemed like a nice person but was really to busy to listen to me/advise me appropriately
