The firm changed its name and moved premises. They failed to inform us. We have our wills stored with them . It would be confusing for relatives who will handle our affairs when we die.
We had our will professionally written by them. Not complex and when we checked with them many years later we found it to be future proof and needing no changes.
Incredibly helpful, answered all our questions and helped sort out a trust.
