Joel has been carrying out conveyancing work for my family over a number of years. It has always been a pleasure working with him. He has always delivered the work in an efficient, courteous and professional manner. I always had the opportunity to communicate directly with him rather than through any para-legals. If you need a solicitor who charges exorbitant charges for an incompetent service then these are the people for you they will charge over £2400 for photocopying paperwork that they never check and when questioned about it threaten you with that you have committed a crime so thanks for your charges

From their website I registered an interest for them to do the conveyancing for a property. By the afternoon I hadn't heard anything. I called their office in Cradley and was told they were on lunch and would call me back. They never did. At least I know now they are unreliable rather than starting business with them.

Our experience with this solicitor was disappointing. We spent a big amount in fees, during which time only two letters were sent to the other party involved. Unfortunately, the matter did not progress or produce the results we had hoped for. We also received monthly invoices throughout the process and were charged for drafting responses to emails received from us. Based on our personal experience, we would carefully consider alternative options before choosing to use their services.
