About this score

About this score
This rating is based on client feedback and compares how satisfied people were with the result of their legal matter against the national average for similar legal services. While every case is different and outcomes can depend on the law, the facts, and decisions made by courts or tribunals, this comparison is designed to be like for like.
When a firm has a large number of reviews, individual case differences tend to balance out over time. This makes the national average a useful benchmark for understanding how often clients feel the result achieved was fair and appropriate for their situation. Even small differences from the average can therefore reflect a meaningful difference in the overall standard of legal service provided.

I was seen punctually by Mr. Bower who instantly made me feel at ease. His knowledge of the type of law we were dealing with was second to none. I would highly recommend his or the company's services.

Exceptional support and advice for child contact case
I would highly recommend using Emma Louise Downey of Waddington Turner Wall due to her knowledge ,professionalism and the kind empathy that she showed me during a recent unexpected meeting this week where she took the time out of her busy schedule to help me with some important paperwork which needed to be submitted this week back to the court. She was extremely helpful and very supportive in guiding me in the right direction with my case and made me feel more reassured with the proposals I have put forward . I would definitely recommend using Emma again in the future if I need to. Thank you again for all of your help it is very much appreciated, Lisa
