      We’ve just concluded a case of medical negligence handled by Mark Aldridge at the Barnsley office of Liddy’s. Obviously these cases do not conclude quickly, things take time. Having said that, Mark kept us informed of what was happening at regular intervals, was very kind and patient with my elderly mother and myself and was completely honest and up front regarding our progress. We were never left wondering what was happening. I would not hesitate to recommend Mark or Liddy’s to anyone requiring legal help or advice.

      I cannot thank this firm and Amy enough for taking the time to listen to me and consider my mum’s case. After losing my mum, I was determined to get answers about the care she received, but I had almost given up hope after approaching larger firms who were unable to help because of the financial value of the claim. When you are grieving the loss of someone you love, the last thing you need is to feel that your loved one’s experience is not worth pursuing because of money. For me, this has never been just about compensation. It is about getting answers, understanding what happened, seeking accountability and finding some closure after losing my mum. I am so grateful to have found a firm that was willing to listen and give me the opportunity to have my concerns looked into. It means so much to feel that someone is prepared to help families who are already going through one of the most difficult times of their lives. I hope more people become aware of this firm and the work they do, because there are families out there who may feel they have nowhere else to turn.
