Sale of home

Would 100% recommend Serena Robson at Awdry Law to carry out all aspects of sellling a home. The whole experience from start to finish was professional and friendly. The sale progressed swiftly and all enquiries were dealt with immediately, I am positive that without Serena’s dedication and professionalism the sale would have taken considerably longer to complete. I was called or emailed weekly with an update on the progress as well as frequent emails with little updates. Being able to speak directly to my solicitor made the whole process much less stressful. I wholeheartedly recommend Awdry law, I have been immensely impressed with their service.

Contesting a family Will.

We found Awdry Law at Royal Wootton Bassett after an internet search for a Solicitor with experience of contesting a Will and Inheritance Law. Paul Walshe was the solicitor we contacted and from start to finish found him to be professional and knowledgeable. He was courteous and reliable. The whole process of contesting my late mother’s Will was handled with patience and understanding by him and a successful outcome resulted. I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone with similar needs as I had.

I used ABD for both my purchase and now sale, and the sale was emotionally hard for me due to personal reasons and I felt that ABD gave me support throughout the whole transaction and guided me through all questions and paperwork required. Emails were answered quickly and sufficiently and calls were always answered or detailed messages taken and passed on. Would recommend and use again

Very slow and poor service

My personal experience was very disappointing. They don’t respond to requests of information and made actual errors in dealing with the probate. I cannot recommend them.

Moving house

Used Awdry Law in Chippenham for the sale of our property and purchase of a new home in a different part of the country. Really good experience - very friendly and efficient. If we decide to move again would definitely plan to use Awdry Law again.
