It was perhaps no surprise, that following the excellent service and successful case delivered by the Firm in 2000, that I chose to return in 2025 to a Law Firm whom I know would be professional. A Law Firm is only as good as those lawyers which it employs . From a client aspect this is of crucial importance when seeking the very best help and support. In addition to professional knowledge, the ability to deliver a friendly , helpful manner to a client is essential. I was fortunate to receive the personal support of Claire Cole, a partner. From the outset, Claire displayed not only an excellent customer support manner but exceptionally helpful and in-depth legal knowledge and experience. There are no guarantees when pursuing dispute settlements however, having a Lawyer with an organised approach, good at communications and clear upon direction and intent, is very reassuring to a client , such as myself. I have been entirely satisfied that Ms. Cole managed my case and our dealings in a professional manner. Ms. Cole's attention to adhering to professional ethics at all times and explaining complex documents and guidance was very good indeed. Called for an appointment for a declaration. Was seen the same day and the service cost me a grand total of... £5. Very helpful receptionist and from what I could tell, a very capable and helpful team.

We have used HWH on several occasions now and have always found them friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and professional. We don't like to deal with all matters online but unlike most businesses these days, that presented no problem to HWH. The initial interview with our solicitor Alice Snell, made us feel confident that our business request would be dealt with promptly and efficiently which subsequently proved to be the case. We would recommend HWH without hesitation.

Having approached another company about making new wills we were given a, not too easy to understand brochure to read. When we rang HWH we were given an appointment straight away. The meeting was friendly and efficient with all our questions being sorted. The wills were ready to sign within a week.
