I approached Richard with my LPA suggestions that were personal and comprehensive. His advice was very accurate and knowledgeable and suggested my views although accurate, were over-complicated. Hence he advised more straightforward wording that for Public Guardian approval on first submission.

Door to door, perfect
Very good as a halls for the university of Derby but the common room isn't very accessible too many people keep having private functions and can't get to use it
