From the very outset, Melanie was very prompt in dealing with queries, and when we met in person, we felt a great rapport - she is very friendly and explained the sale process beautifully, and right throughout the sale, she has been excellent, keeping us informed every step of the way. She is a credit to the Hallmark, Whatley, Hulme team and I would have no hesitation to recommend her to friends and family, should they require her service.

Claudia was most helpful in my purchase of a small leashold garden. After some careful consideration and viewing the lease etc Claudia helped get it across the line and we now have land reg and all parties happy for a fair price/fees. It was a lengthy process with Claudia actually gently leading the other solicitor at times, but with patience and diligence we reached our goal and I know own said garden. Great work and thank you. Melanie was amazing! She had to pick up a house sale/purchase after a solicitor recommended to us couldn't deal with our case. It was my first time buying and selling a property so was unsure on the process. Melanie was quick to deal with any issues, kept us informed throughout and even answered silly questions I had!

Just moved into our home and couldn't fault Hallmark Hulme for the service we received. As FT buyers the process was completely new to us and we had so many questions and queries throughout but Kirsty was a brilliant person to have by our side throughout it all. She helped us feel at ease throughout the process, explained everything so clearly to us and was efficient and responsive as well as kind and a genuinely lovely person.
