I chose Melanie to act on my behalf, because I had been impressed by her professionalism on a previous occasion. The sale was relatively straightforward, but because I had a lifetime mortgage that had to be partially transferred to the new property, the purchase was challenging, not helped by the fact that it was a leasehold property. Melanie handled everything brilliantly and kept me informed every step of the way. I have no hesitation in recommending Melanie and HWH, as a person, and a firm, that can be relied upon to handle conveyancing matters professionally and efficiently.

Just moved into our home and couldn't fault Hallmark Hulme for the service we received. As FT buyers the process was completely new to us and we had so many questions and queries throughout but Kirsty was a brilliant person to have by our side throughout it all. She helped us feel at ease throughout the process, explained everything so clearly to us and was efficient and responsive as well as kind and a genuinely lovely person.
