We had reason to engage this law firm in respect of the sale of our existing home and the purchase of a new home. In the case of our sale it was complicated by the existence of a chain which meant multiple properties and people involvement. Michelle handled all problems with courtesy and in a thoroughly professional and knowledgeable manner. Most importantly, when it came time for her annual leave, in stepped Lindsey who was not only able to complete the sale but also to institute the searches for the new purchase. The service was seamless and spoke to the strength in depth of the firm but also the team work and spirit showed by its employees. For my part we look forward to working with Michelle and HLH in the future.

Just moved into our home and couldn't fault Hallmark Hulme for the service we received. As FT buyers the process was completely new to us and we had so many questions and queries throughout but Kirsty was a brilliant person to have by our side throughout it all. She helped us feel at ease throughout the process, explained everything so clearly to us and was efficient and responsive as well as kind and a genuinely lovely person. I cannot explain just how much Sheona helped my husband and I by talking us through our choices and giving advice on how to proceed in a difficult family scenario. Very good as a halls for the university of Derby but the common room isn't very accessible too many people keep having private functions and can't get to use it
