Melanie was friendly and approachable from the very first call. She was procactive, chasing the vendors' solicitors for missing information and I was able to complete the purchase of my home quickly and without stress

Claudia was most helpful in my purchase of a small leashold garden. After some careful consideration and viewing the lease etc Claudia helped get it across the line and we now have land reg and all parties happy for a fair price/fees. It was a lengthy process with Claudia actually gently leading the other solicitor at times, but with patience and diligence we reached our goal and I know own said garden. Great work and thank you.
