    Buying Our First Home

    After doing some research and getting quotes, Coodes came out on top as price and what it covered compared to the others. From the start Laura and Emma have been excellent and professional from beginning to end. Answering our many questions and never feeling that what we was asking was not important.     Selling our property turned out to be far more of a challenge than we had anticipated, even with problems up to the exchange of contracts. Emma was approachable, knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant to deal with and brought the transaction to a successful conclusion.     Excellent service, amazingly friendly, professional, and helpful.

    I dealt with both Emma and Lynsey during the sale of my property. It was a protracted sale as the first buyer pulled out, it was not straightforward at all. During the whole process both Emma and Lynsey went, in my opinion, above and beyond to progress my sale as efficiently as possible. They were always available whenever I needed to speak to them, they were the most helpful, friendly lovely people to deal with whilst being scrupulously professional at all times. I cannot recommend them highly enough and they are a credit to Coodes and are a shining example of the best practice in conveyancing that I have ever encountered and I have dealt with many sales and purchases during my lifetime.
