House Sale
Decades since last house sale, and found the process to be a vastly changed experience, with masses of paperwork, (although pretty straight forward) it required more time than expected.
My buyer was described as 'quite demanding' making the process more stressful than necessary, which led to a later completion than we'd initially anticipated.
However, Laura Vanstone, Coodes solicitor, acting for me, took me through each stage via email and telephone contact, and the house sale went through.

Superb service
Having had an excellent conveyancing experience with Coodes before, I used them again, but this time with a different solicitor, Laura. Laura far exceeded my expectations as a client in terms of professionalism, clear communication, regular feedback and timeliness. I would highly recommend Laura V at Coodes; she enabled a swift sale during a very challenging set of circumstances on my part as I was having to dovetail the sale of my mother's bungalow and transitioning my mother into a nursing home. Laura made a very stressful situation on my part much easier and acted as a great advocate for me with the estate agents and buyers' solicitors.
