Louisa is a Chartered Legal Executive in our Personal Injury team. Louisa has wide experience in personal injury claims. She currently handles Road Traffic Accident cases and also has experience in Employers’ Liability and Public Liability claims. Louisa has previously worked in claimant roles and at the Motor Insurers’ Bureau, handling uninsured and untraced driver claims from a quasi-defendant perspective, including in the Large Loss and Catastrophic team. Louisa completed the LPC in 2007 and became a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in March 2017. She is currently working towards her cross-qualification as a Solicitor. Louisa is a member of MASS, APIL and CILEx. Having worked both for claimants and in a quasi-defendant role at the Motor Insurers Bureau, Louisa understands how claims are assessed from multiple perspectives. This insight helps her negotiate fair settlements. She aims to achieve the best outcome as efficiently as possible, so her clients can focus on recovery rather than legal stress. Louisa loves helping people get the outcomes they deserve after an accident or injury. Every case is different, which keeps her challenged and engaged, and she enjoys guiding clients through the process with clarity and support. Seeing the relief and confidence on a client’s face when a case is resolved is what makes Louisa's work so rewarding. Outside of work, Louisa enjoys keeping active, socialising with friends and making time to unwind with a good book or box set.
