Great to deal with helped with the sale efficiently took awhile to get to completion but dealt with professionally and always responded quickly to my queries

The solicitor never spoke to me. (not once)
I was made to purchase a tracking software app, they used it initially, the last part (the bit I wanted sight of) they didn't bother using it.
I had to send documents in several times. I had to chase for updates. I felt like I was doing all of the work. I had my sellers estate agent contacting me, as she was told my solicitor was too busy to respond to her questions. I was not impressed. I would not recommend or ever use again.

Excellent friendly service Joan went through everything making sure I understood what was happening, she explained each section to me.

Poor coms at critical times of the process
Not pushing 3rd party enough in the best interest of their client a very tomorrow will do attitude
Then to top it all off paid £12200 to a mortgage company which they should have nver paid then said I
had to get it back and sort it myself real shame fir how much we spend on solicitors fees .
