I had a very positive experience with Tilly Bailey & Irvine for my recent remortgage. The team was professional, friendly, and always responsive when I had questions. The overall process was smooth and handled with great expertise. My only suggestion for improvement would be more proactive updates. There were periods where I was left wondering about the status, and a quick "no news is good news" email would have been reassuring. That said, I was very happy with the service and would recommend them.

At last a solicitor who is competent and doesn't feed you the standard line, "it will take around 14 weeks, its the average ! ", granted there are awkward sales, but a straight forward sale with no chain has no reason to take that, so long as everyone in the process doesn't sit back, leaving the file until you call them.
Rachael at TB & I Ltd is competent & speedy, a rarity in today's world and a credit to the company.

Totally uninterested in your case, solicitor took two weeks to get back to me despite ringing and emailing daily and booked me in for an appointment days before my court date where he skimmed over my notes when I arrived and told me that I had no defence. I have found a new solicitor that has now built a strong defence.
