TBI were very helpful and the move went well, the only downside was some vague moving dates offered by a solicitor down the chain who hadn’t spoken to his client. This led to some frustration in the rest of the chain but TBI did what they could.

Helen has been incredible from the very beginning. She is very professional, hard working, efficient and diligent in her role. Helen is very approachable and has been such a pleasure to deal with Mum’s estate. She always replies to emails in a timely manner and she is always very respectful and courteous.

Outstanding service provided from Daniel P - Commercial Dispute

I have used TBI on a number occasions with a successful conclusion each and every time.

In this instance my solicitor was Daniel Peacock. His approach was very refreshing, proactive and tenacious.

Needless to say this was another successful conclusion with 1st class communication and rapid execution.

As good as it gets!

TBI Law dealt with the sale of my property and from start to finish they have been brilliant. Keeping me up to date with the progress and chasing the other side when required. A special mention to Millie Brown who has been my first point of contact at TBI Law Hartlepool always helpful, polite and going above and beyond and making the whole process a breeze, thank you!

Efficient enough (conveyancing) service though at times it felt disaggregated in delivery and unclear in the process. Completed within 6 weeks which was good as it was a straightforward sale and no chain on either side to consider. Had a disagreement at the end before completion which was upsetting and very much took the shine off the end point which, sadly, means I will not continue to use this company, but as there are other recommended companies out there for my remaining conveyancing needs, I'm not worrying about it. Can't comment on any other aspect of other services offered. Handy location (Barnard Castle) for appointments or signing documents. Reception staff friendly.

DO NOT USE. It has taken over 6 months to get a house conpletetion and over 6 weeks of waiting for a completion date. The staff are incredibly rude and are incompetent with communication. They cost a fortune and I say from experience. No solicitor should cost as much as they do for the level of service they provide. While the sale had a chain. They are definitely the weak link. They have held this sale and buy up at every heardle. Not only holding up communication with the client, but also other solicitors involved with this purchase, risking the whole chain to break. I cannot believe how expensive they are for the service. Its a scam. Having the phone hung up on you for simply asking a question, I have never dealt with such rudness. Shocking & disgusting.
