Conveyancing and Transfer of Equity
I had a unique and complex case that a lot of local solicitors weren't able to take on. I essentially needed the equity from my ex partner in order to buy a new property seamlessly with that same cash. I was recommended TBI by my sister who works there, and Rachael Lee took on my case and didn't hesitate to get stuck in. She kept me updated throughout (sorry for the email chasers Rachael, I'm infamously impatient) and when everything was sorted we got into our house super quickly and without any fuss. Rachael was kind, calm and helpful and I felt as though I was in the hands of a true expert. Due to the complications with my ex property and current case, I was nervous and didn't understand any of the legal jargon or what to expect but it was all taken care of for me.
I love my new home and can finally breathe knowing that everything is sorted. Thank you Rachael, Charmaine, Sally B and the team at TBI for looking after me.
