I will certainly avoid. Poor communication, really slow in working and responding. Poor management of documents I sent. Do not respond to inquiries. Sent inquiry on Jan 4 and got response on Jan12 from TBI " I will come back to you shortly." Then no response again until Jan 25 when I sent a reminder again. They have not made it clear what is left in conveyancing process. This week when we called, we were told the relevant staff is on leave and will look into it on return. I feel it is unfair if a staff is away and our work is left pending. The carelessness I received from them is delaying the work. Their negligence is costing me. I wish i had never chosen them

The solicitor Rachael Lee at your practice has pleased me with her very good, professional service provided in my purchase of the flat referenced above. What I particularly like is the fact that Rachael answered the phone every time that I phoned her during the conveyancing period. I have not experienced this in any of my several previous property sales and purchases, I have always had to leave messages and not always received call backs. This was never the case with Rachael and I noticed that she had the answers to my queries in her head without having to check the file. That shows that Rachael was focused on my matter and providing a good service.

We used Frances Magee and her team at the Stockton office for the sale and purchase of our properties. Frances and Kelly always kept us up to date, responded to emails and phone calls quickly and ensured any queries were answered. Even though our chain was not the smoothest and didn’t always go to plan this was no fault of Frances and her team and they always did everything they could to complete as soon as possible. We would recommend using Tilly Bailey and Irvine for any conveyancing needs.

Hi I have had a wonderful experience of selling my old house to purchasing my new home with this company.
The staff are excellent they answer the phone quickly and if you are not very good on I.T like Iam they help you threw the whole process. I would go as far to say they go above and beyond even helping me threw a difficult break up with my x and just listening. Massive thank you to Kelly Levoir and also thank you to Frankie Northrop for guidance threw the I.T process.

Personally, my experience with these solicitors was good. Most of the time I got swift responses but every now and again it took a while.
The downfall is the online portal used to track the progress if the conveyancing process. I'm sure this would have been a great tool had it been used which for ne it was not unless I explicitly requested it be updated. In the end I did ask for the portal fee to be removed from my bill however this was denied which I found to be unfair as I had to pay for something which was never used.
Occasionally I received files through email which were corrupted which was a slight annoyance to but I respect that these things can happen and I did eventually receive non-corrupted versions of these documents.
Overall, I was happy with the service I was provided but I would not recommend the portal service I'd possible.

The staff were all welcoming and helpful. When buying a house, they made my stressful move become easy.
