In her volunteering role, Lydia often acted as the first port of call to people who needed urgent initial advice. At KJ Smith, Lydia supports clients who are going through relationship breakdown and other testing family issues. She is meticulous on the legal side and empathetic when it comes to clients. She helps our clients’ cases to resolve cost-effectively and expeditiously, whether that is through settlement or with the intervention of a court hearing

    Very empathetic and supportive

    I would like to thank Lydia for her support on the first visit. I was very worried and scared and I did not know what to expect.
