Fantastic experience buying and selling a property. Our solicitor was Tom Bexhill and he and his team were brilliant through the entire process. A big thank you to the amazing legal secretary - Ameera who went above and beyond. Also Jodie who supported the completion - In the entire selling and purchasing process using Martin Tolhurst was the easiest and best decision we made. They were not the cheapest out there, but in this business you get what you pay for and that was clear with how poor the other solicitors and estate agents in our chain were. I can thoroughly recommend these solicitors. We used them for conveyancing which also included dealing with a bridging loan. They were completely professional yet friendly and very accessible to answer any questions we had.They informed us all the way along as to how it was progressing. Tom Bexhell was always available with immediate responses and allayed any worries we had regarding the redemption of the bridging loan Simran Pannu was also extremely helpful in dealing with a title transfer of another property particularly as it became time dependent ! Best solicitors we have used.

I’ve never dealt with a solicitor’s firm who I would thoroughly recommend during conveyancing but Jodi, Ameera and Phoebe from Tom Bexhell’s team were exceptional from start to finish. What a great team! They all were so professional, responsive and incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. Everything was explained clearly and they made what could have been a stressful time feel smooth and manageable. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them (or use them again) If you’re ever moving house they truly went above and beyond. Highly recommended!
