We feel so lucky to have chosen such incredible solicitors for our sale and purchase. We had a few bumps in the road over the last 7 months, but we had full trust that Ameera and Tom would handle it all, and they did! Ameera was amazing at keeping us up to date constantly, we never felt like we had to chase her, she was already one step ahead everytime. It also really helped that she was so easy to talk to, any worries or concerns we had she was able to explain it all in layman’s terms and always had our best interests at the forefront of everything she did. Although we hope to never move again, if we did we would without a doubt use Martin Tolhurst solicitors, and would most definitely recommend them to anyone needing them. Our sellers even commented on how great they had been especially as they were regretting their choice of solicitor.

Fantastic experience buying and selling a property. Our solicitor was Tom Bexhill and he and his team were brilliant through the entire process. A big thank you to the amazing legal secretary - Ameera who went above and beyond. Also Jodie who supported the completion - In the entire selling and purchasing process using Martin Tolhurst was the easiest and best decision we made. They were not the cheapest out there, but in this business you get what you pay for and that was clear with how poor the other solicitors and estate agents in our chain were. Would highly recommend and 100% use again. Thank you so much for all your hard work and fantastic communication throughout.

I can thoroughly recommend these solicitors. We used them for conveyancing which also included dealing with a bridging loan. They were completely professional yet friendly and very accessible to answer any questions we had. They informed us all the way along as to how it was progressing. Tom Bexhell was always available with immediate responses and allayed any worries we had regarding the redemption of the bridging loan Simran Pannu was also extremely helpful in dealing with a title transfer of another property particularly as it became time dependent ! Best solicitors we have used.

Tom & Jodie were brilliant from start to finish with the sale & purchase of our properties. The whole scenario lasted for more than a year but nothing was too much trouble for them both and the rest of their team. We are now in our new home ( at last ) so a massive thank you for all of their extremely hard work and effort. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs their services.

Tom Bexhell and his secretary Jodie helped me to sell my cousins flat. Having never done anything like this before, they guided me through what would happen and were friendly and easy to talk too. I dealt mostly with Jodie who was very supportive and efficient. I’m happy with the service they provided..
