I can thoroughly recommend these solicitors. We used them for conveyancing which also included dealing with a bridging loan. They were completely professional yet friendly and very accessible to answer any questions we had.They informed us all the way along as to how it was progressing. Tom Bexhell was always available with immediate responses and allayed any worries we had regarding the redemption of the bridging loan Simran Pannu was also extremely helpful in dealing with a title transfer of another property particularly as it became time dependent ! Best solicitors we have used.
