This was the first time I’ve moved house and I really had no clue as to what was involved or how to go about it.
Beth was amazing, I must have called the office on some days 3or 4 times whilst trying to arrange some things and she was always ready to help.
Every email was responded to promptly and all documents were sent out asap as I didn’t want to do it all electronically.
We were completed by 11am on the day of moving.
Beth kept me informed of everything, nothing was too much trouble, I really could not rate her highly enough.
If she wasn’t available or in the office then Jess dealt with my questions and passed them on to her without delay.
