She is experienced in Wills, Estate Administration and Probate, Inheritance Tax Planning, Powers of Attorney, Trusts, and lifetime and succession planning for high net-worth clients. Gemma worked at a medium-sized law firm with offices across Norfolk for 11 years before joining Ashtons. She has experience in assisting individuals and their agents (including high net-worth clients) in all aspects of lifetime and succession planning for themselves, their families and their businesses, alongside their other trusted advisors. The most enjoyable part of Gemma's job is fostering and nurturing relationships with individuals, their families, and other advisors on a long-term basis. She values the trust that clients place in her to give advice and offer solutions that are not only of a high technical quality but are also tailored to their specific needs and delivered in a timely manner.     The lawyer I used at Ashtons legal was Gemma Helsdon. I found her extremely friendly and efficient throughout the probate process. Compared to my recent experience of solicitors this was far better and a much quicker experience. I would recommend Gemma and her team to anyone who has the daunting task of going through Probate.

    I was helped to feel immediately at ease in unfamiliar surroundings. My solicitor was amaziung at adaptinf her language and presentation to suit my needs. I had complete understanding of my options and advice at times with visual diagrams which was perfect as I have reading difficulties, dyslexia. I felt valued and meetings were a pleasure.
