I cannot fault this company, in particular Amanda Cavanagh, at all. She has been nothing but professional, understanding and compassionate to my Grandfather who she has been representing during what has been a very difficult year due to Covid-19. She has worked tirelessly to keep everything on track and keep us up to date with everything. Would 100% recommend them to anyone in the future and we cannot thank you enough for all you have done!

Fantastic service
Mandy supported us in a claim for medical negligence and was fantastic throughout, she kept us regularly updated and advised us on our best options and chased the other side when things weren’t moving. We’re really grateful for all the hard work she put in to helping us get a successful outcome.

Criminal Negligence
I am very pleased with the very highly professional way that Ashtons Legal has acted on my behalf.
Mrs Amanda Cavanagh handled the whole situation in a very professional and sympathetic way.
she explained everything to me and made it a lot easier to understand what was happening through a very difficult and traumatic ordeal for me and my family.

Inquest for my mother
My sister and I used Ashtons Legal to help support us through our mothers inquest and from the beginning, Amanda was so supportive through the whole process. Amanda was brilliant at getting the right barrister for our case and she spent a lot of time answering our many questions throughout the process.

Clinical Negligence Claim
Amanda Cavanagh and Ashtons Legal LLP were a huge support to myself during some of the most difficult times that I have ever experienced. The firm was both friendly, kind and also understanding with regards to all aspects of my case. With this in mind, I will have absolutely no hesitation (when the time is right) in instructing Ashtons to Manage my own personal affairs moving forward. I will not look elsewhere because I found the Company to be honest and trustworthy.

Medical Negligence
Amanda throughout this entire process was excellent. She was clear and precise in her understanding of the case and was able to convey complicated information in such a way that made it easy to understand. Amanda was always available to deal with any of our queries and was always punctual to respond. Undertaking any action like this is completely daunting but Amanda put us at ease that we were in capable hands.

Great experience
Mandy was attentive, empathetic yet professional throughout my time with her. She took my case on a no win no fee agreement, unfortunately we did not get the result I had hoped for but I have been left with clear understanding as to why we cannot proceed further. Mandy is very kind and patient and ensured I understood everything throughout the entire process, and I am sure if it had come to it, Mandy would have fought hard for me.
It's a shame to not have reached a favourable outcome for myself, but I am deeply grateful to Mandy for all her help and would highly recommend her.
