We were handled by Mandy and her team in a sympathetic and professional manner during what was for us a distressing time. Realistic expectations were set from the outset. Although the final outcome was not as we had hoped for, this was never about money but the failings of the NHS to protect our boy, which the NHS failed by their own admission. Without Mandy and her team's engagement I don't think we would have been able to expose the missed opportunities by the NHS to save our son's life.
