Hannah is a Chartered Legal Executive in Tozers' Medical Negligence team. She assists other solicitors in the team with complex high value claims in addition to working with her own clients.     We have had Tozers, Clair Hemming act for us for a number of years on our daughters case of erbs palsy. It has by no means been the easiest of cases, in relation to funding, time frame, changes in legislation, but Clair has always pulled out the stops, and gone the extra mile to ensure that we could continue in our pursuit to get justice for our daughter. Clair has always been open and honest throughout the entire case, she has ensured that we are kept up to date every step of the way. Not forgetting Hannah her secretary, who has equally been brilliant with her communication, and both very professional. We have been kept up to date on the costs, been using a secure portal to communicate. I would without a doubt highly recommend both Clair and Hannah to anyone wanting to pursue a negligence claim. And cant thank you enough for finally getting justice for my daughter. Thank you
