    19 years ago we began our journey with Tozers. We started with the wonderful sadly no longer with us Tim Dyde and completed the case with the outstanding Michelle Beckett.     Michelle Beckett - Erbs Palsy claim

    From the moment I contacted Michelle regarding my son’s birth injury I felt reassured I’d made the right choice in Tozers. Michelle’s knowledge and understanding on shoulder dystocia and Erbs palsy and relationships with top experts helped with an initial admission of liability from the defendant. Through all expert assessments and our statements Michelle’s sympathetic and understanding approach helped both myself and my son through a tough and emotional process. Michelle was sensitive and understanding with our emotions and no question, no matter how many times we asked, was ever too much for Michelle. She spend the time with us to explain over the phone and always with a follow up email for reassurance. Michelle’s expertise in my opinion has been phenomenal and she ensured my son got the result he deserved. We can not thank Michelle enough for her commitment and hard work on my sons case.
