Wasn’t happy, with the lack of communication. Typo errors, which were very unprofessional. Took too long for a completion date, felt I was chasing them for updates.

Lisa was very professional and efficient, in dealing with my conveyancing. Answered all my queries quickly and replied to my emails. However I cannot say the same for the solicitors dealing with the probate and estate who have been very disappointing. They don't answer my emails, I am still waiting for a reply to an email I sent over a week ago. I hope to be able to discuss this further.
