Just sold a property with Ashton/Lauren acting on my behalf. Sale was a messy affair with buyer making demands, threats to pull out and at one stage just disappearing for few weeks. Lauren/Ashton legal kept me informed of all progress and managed to untie this knot of vipers. One of the most stand out feature is ease of access to communicate. I had email, office location and even phone number so any concerns could be sorted quickly and efficiently Lastly there was clear and direct communication between Ashton, estate agent and myself. Thank you too all staff at Ashton legal and to Lauren in particular. Ashtons have always granted the needed results and you bring credit to the firm.

We have completed on a house last week. I have had a really good experience with Ashton's and with Lauren. The team where super supportive offering advice whenever we needed it and were always contactable and emailed back with queiries etc whenever we needed it. Everything was done to high standard and quickly. Would thoroughly reccomend Lauren and Ashtons to anyone buying a house. Very happy customer!

Would definitely recommend Ashtons Legal for buying a house. We were first time buyers, Lauren, Jamie and the team helped with every step. We were able to speak to them very easily and had our queries dealt with the same day. The only draw back was that we had to do a lot of the chasing ourselves when it came to the sellers solicitors being slow. Otherwise we will certainly be using Ashtons again in the future.
