To provide some background I approached NBB Ltd regarding the horrendous abuse and neglect my mother had endured whilst in a BUPA home. I needed a solicitor firm that understood what had happened and who were knowledgeable in this area of law and who knew how to represent a family in need of their professionalism and their proactive approach. I knew I had found the right solicitors as soon as I met Paul Nicholls, his depth of knowledge and desire to help my family made our decision an easy one, he never let me down. With the assistance of Paul’s colleague Mandy Ward, we started to gain ground and without a doubt would not have got the resolution we finally settled for without NBB Ltd. Throughout the process the communication between NBB and ourselves was excellent at any given point we knew exactly what NBB were doing to assist our case, this was very reassuring. If you need a solicitors firm I could not recommend NBB Ltd highly enough, forbid I will need a legal firm again, but if I do there is only one number I would ring and one firm I would trust…

In this day and age to find a practice that not only has genuine expertise but also cares about what they do and the clients is unusual, to find one that also offers value is extremely rare. The depth of knowledge they have shown is only something you gain from long term experience, and is far beyond academia or qualifications - which they also have in abundance, I would not hesitate to recommend this practice.
