This regards my experience, dealing with Belinda Hill, in the sale of a property in the UK. I live overseas, Finland to be precise, and had a property to sell in the UK. We recently sold and bought a property after 24 years, and were recommended Belinda by a friend. She proved to be very thorough and very professional. She must also be very dedicated as she was quite happy to respond to emails at any time - even up to 10pm!

Sophie always went the extra mile.

Sophie's communication has been excellent. We all know that buying a house can be a difficult and complex process and good communication is vital. Sophie always answered emails very promptly, even after hours on occasion. A fixed fee was very helpful.

I have dealt with Waldrons for 2 properties for conveyancing and they have amazing. Belinda was always in regular contact and has even assisted myself even when the house sale was completed. Would recommend to anyone needing solicitors as I will use them throughout my lifetime

I cannot recommend Waldron Solicitors and particularly Belinda Hill enough. We have been on a nightmare journey in selling up in Droitwich and moving to Devon with twists and turns along the way but Belinda was consistently brilliant, particularly in dealing with dreadful solicitor representing the people we were buying off. Belinda will always communicate regularly, guide you on what is happening and provide you with the comfort of knowing you have a solicitor who is watching your back throughout the conveyancing process. 5 star!!

About this branch

Description

The firm was founded in Brierley Hill in 1867 by William Waldron. He practiced in the High Street from offices by the old police station. It was the year that the US purchased Alaska from Russia, Wilbur Wright was born and Nobel patented dynamite. Our firm is older than Marks & Spencer, Sainsbury’s and the BBC, and is one of the longest established law firms in the country.
