Waldrons were recommended by our estate agents to handle the probate sale of our late mother's house. From start to finish, the service we received from Belinda Hill and her team was excellent. Regularly keeping us informed of progress, replying to enquiries. Always easy to contact by phone or email and always prompt to reply.

dont bother and make a will there i thought a will was a legal binding document evidently not executors can do as they please if your will is done here i years and my children havent had anything of their share as executors not bothered was told by solicitor to contact waldrons as they drew up the will and they are just not interested

As first-time homebuyers, we were incredibly disappointed with the service provided by Waldrons Solicitors. Communication was abysmal - our solicitor was unresponsive, and promises of callbacks were never kept. The delays and lack of updates caused immense stress and frustration.
We even discovered that our solicitor hadn't even contacted our lender about a crucial matter, leading to further delays. We wouldn't recommend Waldrons to anyone. If you're looking for a reliable solicitor, look elsewhere!

I've been through 5 attempted property purchases with only 2 successes and Sophie at Waldron's was by far the most effective and helpful solicitor I've ever had.
She kept us informed every step of the way, copied us into correspondence, chased people up for answers, and warned us of potential issues - always with a range of options to help solve them.
We couldn't have been in better hands.

The firm was founded in Brierley Hill in 1867 by William Waldron. He practiced in the High Street from offices by the old police station. It was the year that the US purchased Alaska from Russia, Wilbur Wright was born and Nobel patented dynamite. Our firm is older than Marks & Spencer, Sainsbury’s and the BBC, and is one of the longest established law firms in the country.
