As a buy to let landlord having used Waldrons many times our recent experience of them is very poor. Communication borders on the awful. Email replies were slow at best, often ignored, which when you’re waiting for advice is both frustrating and, as we found out, costly. As a result we cannot recommend them and in future will be using alternative solicitors.

She always acts in a professional maanner while maintaining an inviting attitude that allows you as a client to feel comfortable from the start of your Process. The receptionist was extremly helpful and polite. She too has a professional manner and remains relatable and warm to clients. I was kept informed and Shantel worked in a promt manner to complete my case.

The firm was founded in Brierley Hill in 1867 by William Waldron. He practiced in the High Street from offices by the old police station. It was the year that the US purchased Alaska from Russia, Wilbur Wright was born and Nobel patented dynamite. Our firm is older than Marks & Spencer, Sainsbury’s and the BBC, and is one of the longest established law firms in the country.
