I came to these guys on quite short notice at the top of a chain asking for miracles to be performed. I wasn't the easiest client in the world but we sure do appreciate all that Kiri and Sophie did for us.
We paid an additional fee to have our timescales met and I feel they did everything in there power to ensure this happened.
Their communication, friendly nature & level of professionalism was brilliant and well received.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this branch to anyone and I would be happy to return to them in the future.

Conveyancing
We instructed Warner Goodman to carry out conveyancing for sale and purchase. We arranged a fixed contract and we were told of any further expense during the process. Both purchase and sale went according to plan. Everyone we spoke to in the team were very polite and helpful. Kiri Saunders-Brown who carried out the purchase was extremely helpful as we had to be guided a little on the equity release and this she did for us very well. I would have no qualms in recommending Warner Goodman for conveyancing.

Excellent conveyancing
I have used Kiri and her team 3 times over the last 8 years and her team are excellent. They are prompt clear and always to answer the phone and review a file and provide for me the client.

This is the second time I used Warner Goodman for my conveyancing - The first time was required by my mortgage company, the second was by choice because they did such a good job the first time - second time around they did not disappoint, navigating significant difficulties with third parties and lacklustre conveyancing from our sellers. Kiri and the team did a great job of working through this transaction to completion with us. We were securing bridging finance to assist with an onward purchase and the solicitors acting for the finance provider weren't easy to deal with. The team managed them and the process through and we were able to secure the property we were hoping to buy. Great work and highly recommended.

Having dealt with the Southampton office in the past for conveyancing and property related matters we chose to appoint WG to deal with the sale of our property and purchase of the new property.
Overall, on this occasion we felt let down by WG and were not pleased with the service level.
It felt very much like we were just a number on the filing system. Members for the team were difficult to get hold off and rarely available to speak to on the phone. It was not a personal service at all and often we were told that the process was just following 'standard procedures'.
The experience of our sale was very stressful due to the lack of progress from the buyer, however we found equally we were doing all the running around and chasing WG for regular updates. When WG could not provide any updates they referred us to the estate agents (sales progressor), however we believe the matter lay with WG to progress and not the agent.
