    Had an excellent experience with our house purchase through Warner Goodman. We mainly dealt with John Neal and Kiri Saunders-Brown. The service was absolutely excellent. They were very communicative throughout the process and provided excellent advice. We've also used their wills service, which was equally good. Would highly recommend to anyone requiring legal services in the Southampton area.

    Incompetent and expensive

    Me and my husband have chosen Warner Goodman based on online reviews, which were looking great. After dealing with multiple big companies in the past, we wanted a quick and efficient service. Things started well, but as the process was dragging on for 4 months, nobody had a sense of urgency. We were passed around multiple assistants, some more lacking in competence than the others. One of them blatantly lied to me over the phone repeatedly, and must have counted on me not following up on his word. Altogether we had to push like mad to get things done, and felt really stressed for most of the process.
