I had the pleasure of working with Kirsty Bancroft after having a cycling accident and being hit by a car. They were super on top of things and gave me a no win no fee policy which really helped me. After being knocked off my bike by a car, Barcan Kirby helped me pursue a successful claim against the driver. Samantha Castle was friendly, profession and efficient throughout and everything was explained to me so I understood the process well. During Samantha’s maternity leave, Kirsty Bancroft took over seamlessly and also provided excellent service. I would use the company again if I required a solicitor in the future.
